Fabulous 1962 Schwinn Red American Men's Bike - Complete - Serial #G[removed phone] - Manufactured in Chicago, July 24, 1962 - Bendix Brakes, Springer Fork, Rear Reflector, Double Rear Baskets, White "Schwinn Approved" Handle Grips, Red & White Mesinger Seat with Springs, Schwinn Balloon Tires - 26" Diameter x 1 3/4" - Measures 18 1/2" at Seat Tube (top to center) 22" Top Tube (center to center) & 44" Axle to Axle - Everything Original - Minor scratches & rust on Frame, some pitting on Chrome - Overall good condition for a 50 year old bike. It's been kept in my garage since original owner gave it to me in 1976. I've done nothing to it but store it - The Tires do hold Air - Baskets were removed for pictures - They were used by original owner on his Paper Route in Michigan City, In.!
