Director of Community Care Services/RN or LPN We are seeking a Director of Community Care Services to join the leadership team at our Buchanan Meadows community, a 40 unit assisted living and independent living community located in Buchanan, MI. Our Director of Community Care Services provides the overall health and wellness leadership to community residents and staff and is also responsible for executing clinical policy and procedure to ensure consistency and overall excellence in care. Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse or LPN in the state of Michigan, graduate of approved college/school of nursing, and have 5- 10 years minimum successful exp building and leading clinical teams that effectively address the needs of a senior population in an assisted living or similar environment. Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal Adult Foster Care (AFC) regulations and successful background leading and collaborating with other business leaders and the proven expertise to manage labor and supply cost budgets. Expertise to work flexible scheduling to include weekends and evenings in order to provide availability for customers at peak service delivery days and times.
