Restaurant-Bar Manager (New Buffalo, MI in South Bend, IN

We are a small town bar, located in a busy resort town. We are currently looking to recruit a restaurant and bar manager. The bar manager will be responsible for the commercial success of the bar. Duties range from front-of-house work to staff recruitment, marketing, accounting and stock control, so the role requires strong organizational skills. The bar manager must constantly adapt to ensure that their pub is profitable, pleasant and safe and ensure that it is run in accordance with the health and safety laws with ethical guidelines. Typical work activities include over seeing all staff, managing events, ordering stock and dealing with all problems queries within the establishment.
